VFX Graph displays progress bar after each undo step
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open tractor_beamvfx visual effect
3. Move any of the nodes
4. Undo with ctrl+z or Edit > Undo
5. Notice that there's a progress bar each time node change is undone
Expected result: If moving node doesn't show a progress bar, nor should there be one when undoing
Note: Disabling Auto Compile doesn't show progress bar anymore, however, delay between pressing undo and node getting moved back is still noticeable. Progress bar also appears when undoing other UI-only changes, like expanding or collapsing nodes.

We are actually already addressing the unexpected recompilation from change in UI during Undo/Redo aside the fix of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/UUM-29244
