[VFX Graph] ArcTorus Transform changes in blackboard not reflected in Graph
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a VFXGraph
2. Start from simple Loop
3. in the InitContext change the Position Shape BLock to Torus.
4.Promote the ArcTorus input to a property.
5.Attach yourself to a VFX instance in the scene
6.Select the Set position Shape block.
7. With the Gizmo in the Scene View, try to move/Rot/scale the ArcTorus Shape.
8.in the BlackBoard also try to edit the Transform value of the ArcTorus property.
*Actual results:* The Transform value (T/R/S) of the ArcTorus property cannot be changed either thanks to the Blackboard or thanks to the scene Gizmo.
*Expected results:*
User should be able to easily manipulate the ArcTorus Transform thanks to the Gizmo or with the Blackboard.
