Postponed means that the issue was either a feature request or something that requires major refactoring on our side. Since that makes the issue not actionable in the close future we choose to close it as Postponed and add it on our internal roadmaps and technical debt pages instead.

VCS workflow annoyance: You cannot immediately diff your changes when submitting
Prerequisite: Project under version control with asset serialization mode set to "Force Text"
1. Check out an asset
2. Modify some simple setting of asset (so you know what to look for)
3. Right click the file in list of "Outgoing" changes and select "Diff Against Head"
Expected: Diff tool shows the change to the asset
Actual: No difference between files (since file hasn't been persisted to disk yet)
If pressing Ctrl+S/Cmd+S to save, then you will get the scene checked out as well, even though this doesn't have any changes.
My favorite workflow would be that I from the "Submit" window could easily view diff for each file. Preferably using keyboard shortcuts only, but can use external tool
