[VCS] VCS Changeset has wrong icon
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Enable version control and connect to server
3. Open version control window
Notice that default changeset has wrong icon. It should be red triangle but it displays default file icon instead
Reproduced with: 2018.3.12, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a10
