[VCS] Mac Alert Sound is played when navigating the Version Control Asset list
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project in your Preferred workspace and open it
2. Setup Perforce
3. Open the Version Control Window and try to navigate it using the arrow keys
4. Observe that the Alert sound is played each time a new asset is selected
Expected result: no sounds are played when selecting assets in the Version Control window
Actual result: mac alert sound is played each time a new asset is selected in the Version Control window
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a7, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.2.7f2, 2018.4.10f1, 2017.4.32f1
Note: Only reproduces on the Mac, no sounds are played for the Windows version
