[VCS] File's remote status is shown as checked out when actually it's marked for delete on a remote machine
Steps to reproduce:
0. Start perforce server
1. Create new project in workspace and set it up on remote and local machines
2. Delete file on remote machine
3. Inspect its remote status on local machine
- Notice that its shown as checked out while actually it's marked to be deleted
