[VCS] Console constantly prints warning if file is excluded from workspace
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Submit it to perforce
3. In p4v, edit workspace to exclude specific folder in project
4. In editor, create new file in folder that was excluded in step 3
5. Select it and notice that console constantly writes warning the .meta file is not in client view. Warning for file itself is also going to be written, but only once each time editor is refocused
