How to reproduce:

2. Select "Walking Forward" Animation found in Assets->_InputTest->Entity->Animations->Locomotion
3. Select Animation tab in the Inspector
4. In the Inspector under "Root Transform Rotation" tick "Bake Into Pose" and change Based Upon to "Original"
5. Press Apply at the bottom right of the tab to save the changes
6. Select "Walking Backward" Animation
7. Select "Walking Forward" Animation
Expected result: Changed properties are saved
Actual result: Only the checked "Bake Into Pose" property is saved
