[UWP][MS Bug] Vungle causes mouse to stop working when using Cursor.visible = false
To reproduce:
1. Build attached project for UWP
2. Run on x64 on local machine
3. Click "Hide mouse" and move mouse around
4. Notice that "Input.mousePosition.x" changes
5. Click "Show mouse"
6. Click "Display Ad"
7. After video completes close the ad
8. Click "Hide mouse", at this point position will stop updating
