[UWP] Text in the Input Field is incorrect when using Japanese Microsoft IME to type
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IMETest.zip"
2. Build And Run the project
3. Change Windows input language to "Japanese Microsoft IME"
4. Change the IME input mode to "Hiragana"
5. Type "atarashiisekai" in the Input Field
Expected results: "あたらしいせかい"
Actual results: "いひいせかあらsあ"
Reproducible with: 2.2.0-preview.1 (2019.4.32f1), 3.2.0-pre.1 (2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a13)
Notes: Does not reproduce with legacy Input Field
