UWP Player - Mouse Position isn't calculated correctly when Windows UI scaling is above 100%
If you create a UWP player and boot it while your Windows UI scale is above 100%, the mouse position in the player won't be calculated correctly.
Looks like this regressed in 2018.2.0a5.
Does not occur on 2017.3.0, 2017.3.1, 2018.1.0b12
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build a UWP player with any settings
3. Open your Windows display settings and set the UI scaling to anything above 100%
4. Boot the project player
5. Move the mouse to the bottom of the screen
6. Note that the Y value of the mouse viewport position is way above 0
7. Attempt to hover over the UI button
8. You have to position the cursor below the button to actually interact with it
