[UWP] Different UWP capabilities cause errors in Package.appxmanifest
Reproducible on 5.2, 5.3;
Building to UWP and selecting capabilities from editor, generates Package.appxmanifest with errors.
Observe a screenshot "diff.jpg". On the left side you can see capability names generated by editor. On the right you can see capability names generated by VS2015, when they were selected manually in VS.
