UV1 channel is modified in Play mode when the Static Batching is enabled

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "UV1Bug.zip";
2. Open BatchingBug.unity and make sure that the lighting is baked;
3. Enter a play mode;
4. Observe the difference between first line(not batched) and second line(batched).

Expected: Even if the static batching is enabled, textures should not be affected.
Actual: UV1 channel is affected and modified when an object is static lightmapped and static batched.

Reproduced on: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.3.0a4.
