"UV unwrap failed. Will retry once" is thrown when importing a .fbx model and "Lightmap UVs settings" is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "SubBase_Unity2020.zip" project
2. Delete the Library folder from the "SubBase_Unity2020.zip" project
3. Observe the Console log
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console log
Actual result: "UV unwrap failed. Will retry once" is thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a9, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.0a8

Got the same error in 2020.3.13f. Note: when changing the 'Margin Method' to 'Manual' there is no error!

THis is NOT about Zero verts. I don't know what it is, but not that.
