UV Rect properties for Raw Image are no longer exposed in the Animation window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a UI > Raw Image GameObject
3. Open the Animation window and create an Animation Clip for Raw Image
4. Select Add Property > Raw Image
Expected result: UV Rect, UV Rect.Height, UV Rect.Width properties are exposed
Actual result: UV Rect, UV Rect.Height, UV Rect.Width properties are missing
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a6

We are getting this in 2019.2.5f1. The issue says it is fixed in 2019.2 yet i can't see it in any patch release notes and this issue tracker does not say which version it is fixed in.

Yes - this broke my existing animations and I could not understand why it was not working anymore when I tried to fix them.
Can no longer animate UVRect properties...
