UV Grab Pass coordinates are incorrectly received in Single-Pass mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project
2. Make sure the rendering mode is set to single pass
3. Enter Playmode
Expected result: planes have their color set depending on camera position
Actual result: planes color is not properly calculated
Reproduced on 5.6.4p4 2017.1.2p4 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7

This issue was marked Not Reproducible, but I reproduced it naturally in my own project, which is what brought me to this ticket. This should be re-opened.
