Using Volumetric Clouds and multiple Dynamic Lights produces incorrect lighting when a Mesh is in Camera view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project "HDRPBugTest.zip"
2. Open the "test1" Scene
3. Observe Cloud lighting
4. Disable "Plane" GameObject
Expected result: Sky and Clouds are lit properly regardless of a Mesh is present
Actual result: Sky and Cloud lighting is wrong if a Mesh is present
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.12f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b8), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a5)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.29f1) Volumetric Clouds not available
Note: When selecting "Sun" GameObject and setting its Time Of Day to 32000 in "Day Night Controller" Script Component, the issue does not reproduce
