Using Mesh.SetTriangles continuously causes application to Freeze when closing Standalone build
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "CloseFreezeRepro.zip"
2. Build the project (PC, Mac & Linux Standalone)
3. Open the build
4. Wait about a minute
5. Close the application
Expected result: The application closes without freezing
Actual result: The application freezes
Reproducible with - 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a13, 2019.3.0a1
Notes: Could not test with 2017.4 because of Editor errors
