Steps to reproduce :

- create a new project
- login to the Asset Server using asset-server.hq.unity3d.com and the admin user
- download the BVT Project
- create a new script and go to the commit window
- press commit
- try to drag and drop the script from to the changeset and notice that it's not moved even though the icon on the mouse changes
- highlight the script and drag it and notice it works
