Using Alt+F4 while in fullscreen Game view causes NullReferenceExceptions
1. Open any project.
2. In the Game window, set Enter Play Mode option to a Fullscreen option.
3. Enter Play Mode.
4. Press Alt+F4.
Expected result: No errors occur in console.
Actual result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" 999+ messages in console, game window is empty and editor is still in Play Mode.
Reproducible in: 2022.2.0a2, 2022.1.0a16, 2023.1.0a5
Could not find a Fullscreen Enter Play Mode option in 2022.1.0a15 or any other editor streams - marking as not a regression.
Notes:
- Full error in comments.
- Tested on Windows 10.
- Couldn't remember the key combination to exit fullscreen mode so tried Alt+F4. Not sure exactly what the expected result of this key combo should be.
- Can re-enter playmode without any issue.

Resolution Note:
Although this issue was resolved with the PR : https://ono.unity3d.com/unity/unity/pull-request/145886/_/syscap/windows/fix_for_fullscreen_altf4#undefined , the fullscreen playmode feature is being pulled. Thus this bug is rejected.
