Terrain object with holes doesn't get a Lightmap generated when the object isn't a quadrangle
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "terrain-holes-lightmap-bug.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open Window > Rendering > Lighting
4. Press "Generate Lighting" in the Lighting window
5. Observe each Terrain object's Lighting window's Baked Lightmaps tab
Expected result: All Terrain objects get Lightmap generated
Actual result: "Terrain bugged" Terrain object gets no Lightmap generated
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a20, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1 ("File may be corrupted or was serialized with a newer version of Unity.")
