Android Player freezes waiting for a texture upload when AssetBundle.LoadFromFile is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-110212" project
2. Build and Run the project on a selected device
3. In the Android Player, press the “START” button
4. Leave the Player running for 2-8 hours
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Player does not freeze
Actual result: Player freezes
Reproducible in: 2022.3.40f1, 2022.3.62f1 (reporter)

Notes:
- CQA could not reproduce the issue locally
- The reproduction time degrades significantly between 2022.3.40f1 and 2022.3.62f1. When built using 40f1, the freeze is observable in about 10-15 minutes after being left running on affected devices. After upgrading the project to 54f1 the reproduction time drops to an average of 7 hours, depending on the device.
- As per the reporter, the issue could not be reproduced on other platforms besides Android. This does not rule out the possibility of the issue occurring on different platforms.
- Issue is not a duplicate of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/arm-the-player-freezes-when-awaiting-g-uploadedtexturecondvar-in-the-main-thread despite having a similar reproduction/end result. The aforementioned player freeze was only present in Unity 6 but not any of the earlier Editor versions.
- Tested on VLNQA00591, Samsung Galaxy S23, where the issue does not reproduce after the Player is left running for 24 hours
- Running a large application along with the reproduction project seems to cut down the reproduction time to 2-4 hours on average
