Please add this soon OR at least supply a workaround. We're willing to configure some files in Unity if need be, but having several tens of gigs of drive taken on the Windows partition when you have many heavy assets is very problematic.

My C drive is setup as a Windows partition with limited space and I'm always forced to cleanup unity files. I can't download my Unity Snaps asset that I bought because of this issue.

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
Hello everyone, the ability to configure Package Manager cache settings has been a missing feature in the product, we recognized that. This is currently getting worked on. Since we are now tracking this as feature work rather than a bug, we are closing this record. Nonetheless, please rest assured that this work is happening and will be released as soon as possible.
