"Use Optimal Settings" for DLSS in combination with smoothness settings for "Screen Space Reflections" causes white flickering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open the "DLSS_SSR" scene
3. Press Play
4. Look around by dragging RMB in Game View
Expected result: No white flickering is observed
Actual result: White flickering is present
Reproducible with: 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1 (DLSS is not introduced in these versions)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: To successfully reproduce the issue "Smoothness Fade Start" and "Minimum Smoothness" in the "Screen Space Reflection" tab of the Volume component should be set to 1. A possible workaround to this issue could be setting DLSS mode in the Camera component to "Ultra Performance". The issue is also less noticeable in the "Maximum Performance" mode
