Use of System.Security.Cryptography.CryptoStream() causes errors to be thrown
This issue has regressed from version 4.3.2.
System.Security.Cryptography.CryptoStream() is actually available for Windows Phone 8 http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/system.security.cryptography.cryptostream(v=vs.105).aspx
