Usage of url() function in UXML does not give an error for invalid paths when selecting it
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select ErrorListItem.uxml from the Assets folder
3. Check Console
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Actual results: wrong error is displayed
