[URP] Volume Overrides window stays after being canceled when adding overrides to Global Volume
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case1260198.zip"
2. In Hierarchy add Volume -> Global Volume
3. Create a new profile for the Volume in the Inspector window
4. Click 'Add Override' for the Volume profile
5. Click on anything except Volume Overrides window in the Editor
6. Observe the Volume Overrides window
Expected result: Volume Overrides window disappears after cancel adding the override
Actual result: Volume Overrides window stays after cancel adding the override
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a23, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0b1 (7.3.1, 10.0.0-preview.26)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.0a22 (7.4.1, 10.0.0-preview.26)
Cannot test with: 2018.4.26f1 (no URP)
