[URP] using SMAA on Camera & Render Scale above 1.05 on Pipeline Asset causes Camera to render Black
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new URP template project
2. Find the Pipeline Asset "UniversalRP-HighQuality" and switch its Render Scale above 1.05
3. Select Main Camera in Hierarchy
4. Switch Anti-aliasing to SMAA
Expected result: Camera renders using SMAA
Actual result: Camera renders Black Screen
Reproducible with: URP 7.1.2 (2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a13)
Not reproducible with: LWRP 4.1.0 (2018.4.13f1), LWRP 6.9.2 (2019.2.12f1), URP 7.0.0 (2019.3.0a11)
Notes:
1. Anti-aliasing mode on the Pipeline Asset does affect the issue
2. The first URP version to where the issue reproduces is 7.0.1. Was not able to confirm that this is a package specific regression (not able to launch different URP versions on same Unity version)
3. To find "UniversalRP-HighQuality" (Asset in use) go Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics -> Press on Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings Bar and it will show it in Project window
