[SceneTemplate] "The package cache was invalidated" warning when creating new "Standard (URP)" template scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "3d_to_urp.zip"
2. In Editor menu, select File -> New Scene
3. In New Scene window, select "Standard (URP)" Scene Template, press Create
4. Observe Console window
Expected result: no warning
Actual result: "The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered: Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal/Editor/SceneTemplates/Standard.scenetemplate" warning
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a10)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.23f1
