[URP] The Camera renders black screen when Post Processing is enabled in the 2D Renderer and in the Camera Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PostProcessing2DRenderer.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: "Generator_001" GameObject can be seen in the Game view
Actual result: Whole Game view is rendered black
Reproducible with: 2020.3 (10.4.0). 2021.1.0b8 and 2021.1.0b9 (11.0.0), 2021.2.0a7 (12.0.0)
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0b7 (11.0.0), 2020.2.7f1 (10.3.2), 2019.4.21f1 (7.5.3)
Note:
- The issue is not reproducible if Post Processing is unchecked in the Camera Component or in the 2D Renderer Asset
- The Post Processing seems to be working in the Scene view, but not in the Game view

This issue is still happening in 2021.3.19f1. It works fine in the editor, but everything is black in the build.

I have this issue using Unity 2022.1.20f1.
I am using URP Renderer2D with a custom post process. Runs fine in Editor/Player, black screen on build except for the UI.

This issue still persists with Unity 2020.3.6f1 using URP version 10.4.0
What is the suggested upgrade path for this? -

Still not fixed in URP 12.0 (Unity 2021.2.0a17)

This is now breaking the LTS version 2020.3.2f1 since that forces an upgrade to the URP 10.4. Not very good for a 'stable' LTS version.
