How to reproduce:
1. Create a 3D URP template project
2. Press right-click in the Desktop and select “Display settings”
3. In the “Display settings” window select set the Scale to 150%
4. Select the “Readme” file in the project
5. Observe the name of the “Readme” file in the Inspector

Expected result: The name is fully displayed
Actual result: The name is cut off from top and bottom

Reproducible with: 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.0f1

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (Reporter), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
