[URP/VFX] Unsupported URP SG materials contain Support VFX Graph flag in Graph Settings
How to reproduce:
- Create a new ShaderGraph in URP
- Switch Material to Decal
- Observe that Support VFX Graph flag is present
Expected result: Support VFX Graph flag is filtered out and log is provided
It is already implemented in HDRP
