[Linux] Bug Reporter window is in Light mode when the Editor theme is Dark mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Create and open any project
- Go to Edit > Preferences > General
- Make sure the Editor Theme is set to "Dark"
- Go to Help > Report a Bug...
- Observe the Bug Reporter window
Actual results: The Bug Reporter window is in Light mode
Expected results: The Bug Reporter window is in Dark mode
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04
Notes: Not reproducible on Windows

Resolution Note:
The bug reporter uses the system theme rather than the Editor theme so this behaviour is expected. We can look into linking the theme to match the Editor settings in a future release.
