[URP] Material Upgrader tries to update materials when they are immutable
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors thrown
Actual result: Error is thrown:
The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered:
Packages/com.pfc.immutable/Default-Interior.mat
UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()
Reproducible with: URP 12.0.0, 12.1.2 (2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.7f1), 13.1.3 (2022.1.0b2)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.34f1), 10.3.2, 10.7.0 (2020.3.25f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a15)
Note:
- In order to reproduce this issue again without closing the editor remove the "file:immutable-package.tgz" package from manifest.json, focus the editor and add it again
