[UniversalRP] Log messages still refer to LWRP, instead of UniversalRP
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project using UniversalRP
2. Create a material in the project
Expected result: Any logs created reference UniversalRP, not LWRP
Actual result: Logs reference LWRP.
Note: Also reporting an issue that these logs should not exist at all in 1173160.

Resolving as duplicate as the log message should not even appear.
