[URP] [Gles3] [Android] Opaque objects are not rendered correctly when Opaque Texture enabled on the URP asset
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project
2) Make sure that Gles3 is the only Graphics API in the list
3) Select URP asset and make sure that Opaque Texture is enabled
4) Build and Run project on a device
Observe:
Opaque objects will not be rendered correctly "Foggy"
