[URP] GetTransformInfoExpectUpToDate, RendererUpdateManager.UpdateAll error is thrown when instantiating Prefabs in Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Dungeons And More Dungeons.zip
2. Enter Play mode and observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: GetTransformInfoExpectUpToDate, RendererUpdateManager.UpdateAll errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1(7.0.1, 7.4.3), 2020.1.4f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0a21(9.0.0-preview.55, 10.0.0-preview.26, 10.1.0-preview.10)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(URP was not yet available)
Notes:
1. Graphics APIs tested: D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, OpenGLCore
2. Does not reproduce if URP is disabled

Getting this too. Annoying, as it automatically fails PlayMode unit tests.
