URP FullScreenPassRendererFeature shader is not visible in built player
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Add a Camera and position it to view the "Capsule" GameObject
3. Build and run the project for standalone
Expected outcome: The Capsule is visible
Actual outcome: The Capsule is not visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
