[URP] Exceeding the platform's supported light limit gives shadow distortion when using Deferred Rendering Path
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Open the scene "SampleScene"
3) Go to Build Settings, and switch Platform to Android
4) Start navigating in the Scene View
Observe: Shadows will be distorted and randomly appear/ disappear
Expected result: No shadow distortion or appearance/disappearance
Actual result: Shadow distortion or appearance/disappearance (check the attached video "Android.mp4")
