[URP] Every Light type is rendered as Directional light when it is set as Sun Source of the Environment
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "URPFeatures.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select the Spot light
3. Rotate it via X-axis
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Spot Light is rendered at a certain range and location
Actual result: Spot Light is rendered as Directional light
Reproducible with: 8.1.0(2019.4.11f1), 9.0.0-preview.55(2020.1.7f1), 10.1.0-preview.26(2020.2.0b5)
Does not reproduce in builtin render pipeline.
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (URP is not supported)
