[URP] Editor crashes on ScriptableBatchRenderer::RenderMultipleMeshes when using OpenGLES3 and creating a new Material
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP Template project
2. Set the used Graphics API to OpenGLES3
3. Right-Click in the project view and Create a new Material
Expected result: New material is created
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b15, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a11(8.1.0), 2020.2.0a18(8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.14)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.4f1(7.3.1, 7.4.1), 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a10(8.1.0)
Fixed after upgrading the project to URP 8.2.0 or 9.0.0-preview.35
