On resizing the Inspector window to its minimum width, Custom Blend Factors property goes out of Layout under Blend Style from 2D Renderer Data Asset, Refer to the attached video.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with URP Template
2. Project > Create > Rendering > URP > 2D Renderer
3. Inspector > Blend Style dropdown > Expand
4. Blend Mode > Custom
5. Resize Inspector window to its minimum width

Actual Result:
Custom Blend Factors property goes out of Layout on resizing Inspector window to its minimum width

Expected Result:
Custom Blend Factors properties are visible clearly
