[URP] Changing URP Asset settings breaks Mock HMD rendering until scene reload
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project "1275347"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Toggle "Depth Texture" and "Opaque Texture" on/off
5. Enter Play Mode
Actual: Note you get left/right view for a second, then it jumps to single view
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b5 - URP 10.1.0 - preview.18
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.7f1 - URP 9.0.0 - preview.55

Resolution Note:
The repro project was using built-in renderer with URP pipeline asset. This use case is not supported. Close the issue as by-design.
