Cascade values truncated on selecting Two or Four Cascades in Shadows under UniversalRenderPipelineAsset
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Windows > Package Manager > Universal RP > Install
3. Create Project > right-click > Create > Rendering > Universal Render Pipeline > Pipeline Asset
4. Select Project > Assets > UniversalRenderPipelineAsset > Inspector > Shadows > Cascade > Two Cascades/ Four Cascades
Expected Result:
Cascade values appear without truncated
Actual Result:
Cascade values are truncated
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a23, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.1f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2019.3.0b4
Working fine on: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.12f1
Working fine on URP Package Version: 6.9.1
Reproducible on URP Package Version: 7.2.0, 7.0.1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
