[URP] Built-In to URP Render Pipeline Converter freezes during Material conversion
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "internal-boat-demo-2021.2"
2. In Render Pipeline Converter window, Initialize Converters and Convert Assets
3. Observe Material Converter popup progress
Expected result: The conversion doesn't freeze
Actual result: The conversion freezes on the "Rendering Settings" with varying assets on reruns
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.1.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0a21 (Render Pipeline Converter not implemented)
