[URP] Base map is missing after manually converting legacy/custom materials to URP Lit shader
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the project (more info in the comments)
2. Open the scene SCENE_NAME
3. Convert the project to use URP
4. Select any material within the scene, and convert it to URP Lit
5. Notice, how the base map is missing, while other control maps are properly assigned
Notes:
- Observed in 2020.1.12f1, using URP package version 8.2.0
- Reproduces both with legacy (BRP) and custom materials/shaders

Resolution Note:
We have an upgrade guide here. Right now we do not support custom shaders to be upgraded. They need to be Built-in and no custom changes.
