Upgrading to Unity5 does not convert Slider Join 2D 'Collide Connected' to 'Enable Collision'
Step to reproduce:
1) open the attached project with unity 4
2) verify that Collide connected is checked on the object 'ClickMe'
3) upgrade project to unity 5
4) check 'ClickMe" object again

Actual results: Enable collision is unchecked
Expected: Enable collisions is checked
