Upgrading a project from 17.4 to 19.1 fails and crashes the editor on the first load of the project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project with latest 2017.4 version
2. Close the project
3. Re-open the project with latest 2019.1 version
4. Notice the "Fatal Error" window is thrown and editor crashes
Notes:
If you try to load the project after the first crash it loads successfully.
Reproduced by upgrading from 2017.4.16f1 to 2019.1.0a12
Does not reproduce when upgrading from 2017.4.16f1 to 2019.1.0a1
Does not reproduce when upgrading from other versions (2017.4 to 2018.3 or 2018.3 to 2019.1)
