Updating from 2019.4 to 2019.4.23f1 and up will clear Prefab Inspector values when viewing them from Project View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "PairOfAces.zip"
2. In Project View go Prefabs > Interstitial
3. Select Submarine prefab
4. Observe Inspector
5. Open prefab
6. Observe Inspector
Expected result: The values in the Inspector are the same both times
Actual result: The values in the Inspector are different when the prefab is opened
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.25f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 (package errors)
Workaround: Update to Unity 2020.3 and back to 2019.4
