UnsafeUtility.PinGCObjectAndGetAddress fails to pin managed array data
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached "PinArray.zip" Unity project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected results:
The array is pinned and "5" is printed in Console
Actual results:
The array is not pinned and "0" is printed in Console
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a5, 2018.1.0b12, 2018.1.0b5
Note: UnsafeUtility.PinGCObjectAndGetAddress is not implemented in 2018.1.0b4 and older versions
Fixed in: 2018.3.0a4, 2019.1.0a1
